Ways to Vent Out your Anger without Regretting the Loss

You must have come across ‘preachers’ saying ‘Oh, it’s not healthy to express anger’ or ‘it’s not gentlemanly to throw things around when you feel angry’ but who’ll explain to them that its hard, actually, almost impossible to control the urge to destroy everything that comes your way when you are burning red hot. However, deep down, you know that destroying things hurts in the end. Sometimes it results in losing things that are irreplaceable, either physically or emotionally. We bet you will love this one! Take a tape and the marker. Write down the name of the person you literally want to stomp on, and stick it just to the bottom of the heels where they kiss the ground.
