Also, walk away from your work station every two to three hours and stare at a distant object through the window. This helps change the focus of your eye muscles and helps them relax.
3. Fatigue:
When you work from home, you have to stay focused on your job for longer hours than you would like to. Therefore, you might rarely get any time to yourself. And if the workload is high, then even your body’s nutrition takes a backseat. Moreover, no exercise leads to the storage of unwanted fats in your body and fatigue. This can eventually lead to severe diseases in the future.

The best way to cure fatigue is to get your life back on schedule. Make sure that you have a sleeping and eating schedule. Also, avoid consuming caffeine at night and eat a balanced diet to maintain energy levels.
4. Depression:
Another problem related to work from home is depression. Due to sitting alone in a room all day long, you can feel quite lonely and suffocated. Work from home starves you off of real human contact and any exercise. Also, starting at a computer screen all day long can result in a mundane routine too.

The best way to get over your blues is to get some real human contact. Also, try to get as much exercise as possible. After a few hours of screen time, try to spend some time reading a book or some positive affirmations to help you get through the day.
